Who's Behind This

We're Paul and Ann.

For more than thirty years we've been somewhere in this conversation — leading retreats, building Hallelujah Diet, teaching cooking, walking with people through detox, recovery, and restoration. AM/PM is where the wider conversation lives. The pieces that don't fit neatly under "diet" or "toxins." The questions that come up at our kitchen table. The research Ann finds and the teaching Paul refines. One voice, two of us.
